"Stripping Down Fitness & Making It Fun" - This is the motto Sky Landish wants to continuously bring to the fitness world. StripN'Fitness for her is a lifestyle and although she decided to create it, teaching fitness classes is what provides her the motivation to keep going. Sky lost 65lbs by choosing to make fitness and health a priority in her life. Her motivation originally came from a bad break up, but, her dedication to keep going was found within her. Sky has a simple, yet fun, approach to fitness, which involves strength techniques and cardio blasts amidst the best playlist for motivation. This is what helped her reach her goal and she will coach you to reaching yours as well.

LUZ

BOXING & SALSA INSTRUCTOR

Luz began training to become a boxer on and off since at the age of 11 years old. By the age of 21, with 10 years of training under her belt, she decided to start competing . After months of intense training and conditioning taking a toll on her, she was diagnosed with Lupus and had to discontinue boxing at a professional level. That didn’t stop her from putting on gloves, she decided to start personal and group training others to spread her love for the sport. Her motto is “If You can endure conditioning of the body, mentally, you can overcome anything!”.


JESSICA

DANCE FITNESS & WELLNESS COACH

Jessica is a health and wellness coach, a women empowerment jegna, and humanitarian. She believes it is her life's calling to empower people and to help them reach their god-given purpose. Jessica got into Afro dance because She wanted to be a solution in a world full of problems. When she first started movement, She realized there were a lot of women who had issues with weight loss, self-esteem, and had dealt with situations that affected their self worth. Jessica always uses her Afro Class to provide a positive outlet and a moment to let loose with life. The ultimate goal for Jessica, is for people to feel more self-appreciation, energetic and healthy using Afro-fitness and dance as their source.


NATALIA

VIXEN INSTRUCTOR

Natalia has been dancing and performing in cheerleading competitions since the age of 7. She started taking a deeper look at how all aspects of health are connected after the birth of her daughter. She was looking for a workout to connect her back to her dancing roots and along came Vixen Workout. After taking a few classes and seeing how empowering it made her feel, she knew this was something she had to share with other women.


IMANI

DANCER, YOGI & TEACHER

Imani is a student, dancer, yogi and teacher all in one. She received her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga certification in July of 2017 and has been teaching the powers of Zen ever since. Yoga has allowed her to learn more about the body and its strengths. Imani wants to help her students find these qualities within themselves and achieve a mind-body connection. Her Yoga flow consists of beginner movements side by side the calming sounds of R&B. If you want to unwind your week in the most relaxing way, her yoga class will Zen your day.


AMANDA

DANCE FITNESS & WELLNESS COACH

Amanda has had a passion for dance since the age of 4. She recently found a new love for fitness because of her aspiration to get healthy and lose weight. By utilizing her dance inspired fitness techniques, she has lost over 60lbs and is still going. Amanda realized the mix of the two, combined with her Latin roots and love for Latin-Caribbean music creates a fun way to get fit and she can’t wait to share her love of dance fitness with you!
